If you have a subscription, you can cancel it at any time by going to My Account and then Manage My Subscription .
Plus and Advanced subscriptions are digital services that are considered to have started being used immediately after purchase. However, we do not want you to purchase a service that you are not satisfied with. Therefore, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days by contacting us via email .
